Check-in is 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight. Flight times may be adjusted to align with whale diving patterns, including earlier departures. If the start/meeting time is changed by 30 minutes or more, you will receive a full refund. If you are not present at check-in, the flight may depart without you.
Minimum numbers apply. If minimum numbers are not met, you will receive a full refund.
Infants sitting on an adult’s lap must weigh 11kg or under; otherwise, a child ticket is required.
Our maximum passenger weight is 120kg. No refunds are available if you arrive exceeding this limit. Please contact us in advance with any concerns.
