Good to Know

  • Please note only some trams are wheelchair accessible by using the wheelchair hoist at Stop 1 in Cathedral Junction and the wheelchairs can't weigh over 220kg due to weight restrictions.
  • Some trams are quite high off the ground so some people with mobility issues may struggle with access to the trams. Small steps and handrails are available for use.
  • Trams run every 15 minutes from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Summer, October-March, and from 9:50 AM to 4:00 PM in winter, April-September
  • Please note our attractions do get very busy over the summer months (Nov-March) especially if a cruise ship is in port and there may be a wait time at the Tram entry due to increased demand.
  • Please note the 10am arrival time mentioned is only an automated time, you do not need to arrive at this time. Please arrive anytime between the opening hours for the all day pass

Not Allowed

  • Food and drinks in the vehicle
